Scripley is an intermediary marketplace for GitHub-connected digital products. Creators remain responsible for their listings, rights declarations, product claims, support commitments, license terms, and legal permission to commercialize repository content, documentation, media, and related materials.

Buyers receive the listing materials shown before purchase and a sanitized downloadable ZIP after eligible checkout or free download confirmation. Repository access is not provided before purchase unless a creator separately offers it outside Scripley.

Security labels are marketplace review signals, not guarantees. Verified means the product passed the current Scripley checks, generated a sanitized ZIP, and includes required metadata and declarations. Security Warning means non-blocking concerns or incomplete certainty. Not Safe products are hidden from the marketplace.

Illegal content, copyright infringement, malware, unsafe code, fraud, misleading listings, payment or access issues, and other concerns can be reported from product pages or by email. Credible legal, malware, copyright, payment, or platform-integrity reports may lead Scripley to pause, hide, withdraw, or remove products, versions, accounts, downloads, or payouts while the issue is reviewed.

Scripley is operated from Malaga, Spain. These notices and the platform terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in a buyer's country of residence. Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Malaga, Spain.
