Terms of Service
Effective date: May 31, 2026.
Scripley is operated from Malaga, Spain. Official contact: info@airistoteles.com.
Scripley is an intermediary marketplace. Creators list GitHub-connected digital products, and buyers receive access to sanitized downloadable ZIP files after checkout or free download confirmation. Creators act as independent providers of their products. Scripley operates the marketplace, checkout flow, moderation, access control, and delivery infrastructure.
By using Scripley, creating an account, publishing a product, downloading a free product, or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and to any product-specific terms shown before download or purchase. If you use Scripley on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.
Creators must declare that they have the rights to publish and sell each product, including its code, media, documentation, trademarks, dependencies, and license terms. That declaration is required for every product and must be reaffirmed for major version refreshes. Creators must keep listings accurate, maintain any promised support, and avoid misleading claims, fake evidence, hidden restrictions, or undisclosed risks.
Creators may not publish illegal content, malware, stolen code, unauthorized third-party client code, credential dumps, spyware, deceptive automation, products designed to bypass platform rules, or content that violates applicable law. Scripley may review, reject, hide, suspend, withdraw, or remove products, versions, accounts, payouts, or downloads when credible legal, payment, security, or platform-integrity risk is identified.
Products may include free, lifetime, or monthly access. Monthly buyers keep access until the end of the paid period and lose access to future downloads after expiration or failed renewal. Lifetime buyers keep access to future published versions unless Scripley withdraws a product or version for legal, malware, security, payment, or platform-integrity reasons.
Paid digital delivery starts when the buyer requests immediate access and accepts the digital delivery notice during checkout. Because digital content is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access is made available, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or where Scripley approves a refund for fraud, duplicate payment, access failure, legal issue, security issue, or other exceptional reason.
Displayed prices include applicable taxes where required. Scripley uses Stripe for payment processing and Stripe Tax for tax calculation and administration where configured. Scripley may issue buyer invoices or receipts for marketplace checkout where legally and technically applicable. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing, country, tax, and account information before checkout.
Sellers are responsible for their own tax, accounting, product claims, support obligations, and legal compliance unless Scripley expressly states otherwise in writing. Payouts to creators may require Stripe Connect onboarding, identity checks, tax information, fraud screening, and successful completion of any platform review.
Operational support for account, checkout, access, billing, takedown, and platform administration targets a 72-hour response window. Product implementation support is provided by the creator unless the listing states otherwise. Contact info@airistoteles.com for official support and legal communications.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in a buyer's country of residence. Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Malaga, Spain.
